At an meeting in Chelsea the Chelsea Collaborative brought together the stories of local pollution, water rights in Palestine and Mass. alliance with an Israeli water company. Chelsea is the home of road salt used in most of MA during the winter months. This salt is unloaded from barges and piled on Chelsea Creek's shoreline, much of which spills into the creek as it is unloaded from barges. Chelsea Collaborative fights for economic and environmental justice. We hope the Governor will support the citizens in their fight for a safe environment.
